51st Annual Route 66 Flea Market sponsored by the Western Oklahoma Historical Society is October 4-6, 2024, at Ackley Park, 2600 W. 3rd St., Elk City, Oklahoma.
There are over 200 spaces available. Space size is 25 ft. wide x 20 ft. deep. Spaces available on a first come first choice basis. Reservations are accepted.
Market begins 8:00 AM Friday, October 4, 2024. Setup only on Thursday, October 3, 2024. No early setups.
Vendors must state until 4:00 PM Sunday. No early closings.
All spaces must be paid prior to the beginning of market.
All reserved spaces not occupied by Noon, Friday will be released and made available to other vendors. Deposits will be forfeited. To secure space past noon on Friday – prior arrangements must be made.
All parked vehicles in the rented spaces must be parallels on the back side of the space.
All other vehicles must be parked elsewhere
Displays erected are not to stick out – nor block the view of the adjacent booth.
To reserve your same space for next year – reservations must be made by 5:00 PM Sunday, October 6, 2024. Full payment is required.
All spaces are to be vacated by Sunday night (Unless arrangements are made).
All vendors must furnish thier own electrical cords.
The MKT committee reserves the right to accept and/or reject any vendor requesting a space.
